Take Time…

People come to therapy for all sorts of reasons. Maybe you feel anxious, or you feel lost and lonely. Maybe you are struggling to cope with grief or change. Perhaps you are looking for someone who won’t judge you and can listen with empathy.

Taking the first steps on the counselling journey can feel daunting and uncertain, even for someone who has experienced psychotherapy/counselling before. I understand how important it is to build a trusting relationship with your counsellor, and I treat every client as an individual, letting you lead the therapeutic process.

But you won’t be alone; I will be there by your side, offering you the space and time you deserve to explore your challenges, fears and aspirations without fear of being pigeon-holed or diagnosed.
